Brownie:
1 lb butter
4 C sugar
1 C cocoa
2 tsp salt
6 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
3 C flour
Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in remaining ingredients. bake in a greased jelly roll pan @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
1 Cube butter, soft
¼ C milk
4 C powdered sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
a few drops of food coloring
Mix all together and spread on brownies.
Topping:
1 cube+ 1 TB butter
1 TB vanilla
1½ C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt butter and chocolate chips. add vanilla. Pour over cold brownies.
